For anyone who’s interested in SOA, I thought you might find this interesting.

I present first, and most of what I’m talking about is the four steps involved in maximising the business value of SOA. I then talk a bit about the technology required to make these steps – which is also covered in our recent SOA quality management report.

It was great fun to do the event, and I also got to meet Steve Jones, another very smart guy from Capgemini. Where do they get them?
