		<description>Spot on.  One thing I&#039;d add is the focus today is too much on the technology &lt;i&gt;delivery&lt;/i&gt; rather than on the management and operations piece.  So people look at BSM/ITSM as a technology project even though the clue is in the term &quot;Management&quot; that the focus is actually post the implementation and has more to do with people and process than on the technologies themselves.</description>
