I once heard an &#039;elevator speech&#039; for governance that goes like this:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Governance is knowing who has the final say for each of 100 different decisions, making sure that there are no conflicts of interest and that all viewpoints are respected.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That&#039;s not a headcount.  Not for long anyway.  That&#039;s a decision, by management, to have one way to solve a problem.</description>
