		<description>Thanks for your feedback Neil, especially the comment about the XML fragments. There&#039;s plenty to learn the first time we do anything, especially writing a book.  Governance can be a broad subject and has applicabilty from the developer concerned with XML, the project manager concerned about the schedule, the manager concerned about resource allocation, the architect concerned about architecture, and the business sponsor concerned about business value.  There&#039;s a little bit of material in the book for everyone.</description>
