New event launched today: Reinventing Customer Experiences with BPM
After a couple of months of intense work we’re launching a new MWD Insights event – Reinventing Customer Experiences with BPM – online today, and you can find it here!
When we ask organisations which business areas are most important for process improvement, we see strong consistency in responses: the areas which touch the customer. Organisations are realising that their current CRM investments haven’t enabled them to deliver the customer experiences they want to deliver. There’s growing realisation that an outside in, customer-focused view can yield valuable insights and highlight opportunities for improvement in a way that the inside out perspective typically taken by yesterday’s CRM implementations couldn’t.
That’s why we decided to focus our second Insights online event specifically on how organisations are using BPM initiatives to address the issue of customer experience.
Anyone can access all the content – the keynote and the accompanying (and really cool, IMHO) series of case study interviews – for FREE. All you need to do is ensure you’ve signed up for our Guest Pass registration.

The keynote is 35 minutes long and each case study is roughly 30 minutes long – but because this is an on-demand, online event you can take it at a pace to suit you.
