Seven ways BPM can tackle telecoms operational challenges

Tomorrow (Feb 16) I’m going to be presenting a webinar on the above topic, courtesy of Active Endpoints. Having spent a fair amount of time talking to telecoms service providers over the past few years, the role of BPM has always been something I’ve been keen to promote to this community. Looking at the storm of pressures, challenges and change initiatives that the service provider community is currently experiencing, it’s clear to me at least that BPM discipline and technology has a very significant role to play in helping disentangle the operational complexities that many telcos struggle with.
After I’ve highlighted seven ways that BPM can tackle operational challenges for telcos, I’ll be followed by Active Endpoints’ CTO Michael Rowley.
