Jive strengthens board – IPO approaching?

Interesting news from Jive Software about four new execs that have joined the board, presumably as part of the strategy to achieve the promised IPO this year. Can't help thinking though that all the news about Jive recently has been about top level company strategy, with little talk about the product roadmap. In danger of focusing too much on the IPO?
