Angela Ashenden, Principal Analyst
Angela is a highly accomplished and experienced IT industry analyst and public speaker. With experience in many areas around collaboration and information management, she has advised clients on technology and management issues relating to collaboration, enterprise content management, portals, workflow, enterprise search and e-learning. Angela regularly presents at conferences and seminars on information management technology and markets, as well as writing for journals and trade publications on various topics. Angela is currently the lead analyst for MWD's Collaboration Advisory Service, through which she has acted an advisor to large IT user organisations as well as to many leading IT vendors.

Helena leads MWD's analytics and information management research programme, covering issues relating to OLAP, Query and reporting; advanced analytics; Enterprise Performance Management; data warehousing; ETL, DQ and MDM; and BI deployment models, including open source, appliances and Cloud BI. Helena combines six years of expertise as a former data warehousing practitioner with ten years as an industry analyst. She has a wealth of experience providing authoritative research and advice to enterprises and technology vendors.
