Cloud Development strategies: four models and ten critical issues 
synopsis
The emergence of Cloud Computing has enabled new ways in which software applications are developed and/or deployed. The benefits of using Cloud-based services are clear, but there are many practical issues that need to be considered. This report introduces four "models" for developing in and for the Cloud and considers these models in the context of ten key issues that decision makers must consider as part of their Cloud Development strategy.
