synopsis

In Brief - BPM technology vendor Open Text has acquired Global 360, hot on the heels of its acquisition earlier this year of Metastorm. Open Text claims the two acquisitions are complementary, but the fact that Global 360’s Case360 platform doesn't run on .NET (yet) make the integration and delivery challenges in the short term somewhat of a challenge.
