synopsis
Through its provision of SaaS-based collaboration, productivity and business applications, Zoho's strategy is to focus on providing small- or medium-sized businesses with (almost) all the IT applications they need to run their business, fulfilling the role of the IT department for such organisations. The company entered the email market in 2008 with the launch of its SaaS-based email service, Zoho Mail. A premium version was released in April 2011.
